For senior professionals with over 10 years of leadership experience in organizations with a significant operational scale or public sector responsibility.

• ✔️ Directors or Senior Executives in organizations with an annual turnover or budget of TZS 1 billion or more
• ✔️ Partners or proprietors in business or professional practices
• ✔️ Academics with at least Associate Professor level experience
• ✔️ Individuals with proven strategic governance involvement

Member

For professionals aged 21 or above with at least 5 years of managerial or governance experience in organizations across Tanzania.

• ✔️ Directors or alternate directors in companies
• ✔️ Senior lecturers or deans in accredited institutions
• ✔️ Executives in public or private institutions or NGOs
• ✔️ Associates who have completed approved IoDT training
• ✔️ Company secretaries or senior-level managers

Associate

Designed for aspiring directors and governance champions who are early in their careers or currently enrolled in recognized tertiary education.

• ✔️ Full-time students with an interest in governance and leadership
• ✔️ Young professionals aiming to transition into senior roles
• ✔️ Access to mentorship and IoDT’s learning programs

Status reviewed every 3 years for potential upgrade

Retired Member

For individuals aged 65 and above who have been active Fellows or Members for at least 3 years, and who have formally retired from professional or business life.

• ✔️ Continued access to events and updates
• ✔️ Ideal for maintaining networks post-retirement
• ✔️ Reduced annual subscription
